This almost never happens anymore, but sometimes when im having a long day and i hop in the shower ill just start to do a little dance. Theres nothing that i know of that sets it off but usually when it happens i feel free. I am no longer bound by the burdens of society and i go into a trance-like state where the only thing that matters is the feeling of the music and the way my body can move to it. No one has ever seen me do this, and i doubt anyone ever will, considering how intimate it is. Its the only time i have ever felt the saying "dance like no one is watching" as i dont even have my own eyes open. for those few minutes i dont exist even to myself
